Are your crystals authentic?
All of our crystals are ethically sourced from reputable wholesalers around our beautiful planet. We have genuine relationships with all of our suppliers -and our customers too!
We love our crystals just as much as you do and spend many hours hand selecting each item.
We also have extensive crystal and gemstone knowledge, and try to provide you with as much information as possible, like where each crystal was found.
You can find the source of each crystal in the product description. On the occasions where we do not know exactly - like tumbled stones, we will put in all country origins where that crystal can be found.
We also send description cards for every purchase.
What is the best way to search your store?
If you know what you are looking for go straight to the search bar.
We provide an overall view of our different collections (category types) in the main menus
And a shop by stone menu for all crystal types we stock.
You can also use the filters and sorting features on collection pages to do things like sort by price, best selling, alphabetically etc.

How often do you have new stock?
We always have new stock!
We do a new stock upload every Friday night at 8pm
We also showcase many new items on our Facebook lives each Wednesday at 6pm QLD time. This is a fantastic way to be the first to see a large array of our new crystals.
You can also contact us whenever you can't see what you are searching for.
Do you have products for sale not on your website?
We sure do!
It does take time to add stock to the website so we have a constant supply of gorgeous crystals in stock but not online.
You can contact us anytime via email or messenger, or call us 9-5 Monday to Saturday to ask us about something you are looking for.
We are happy to send you through pics or videos 😊
Or you can join one of our lives on Wednesdays at 6pm QLD time to see an array of new goodies!
What if I can't find what I'm looking for?

We are usually super responsive but don't feel like you are not important if we don't respond straight away. Every single customer is important to us 💚
We are sometimes unable to reply immediately because we are with customers, at a gemshow or in a whirlwind!

What if I put my order through then see something else I want?
This does happen pretty often 😆
For Aussies customers
If you paid $12.95 standard shipping or $19.95 express, or received free shipping:
All you need to do is purchase your extra item and select click and collect at checkout - then you won't be charged postage again! You can leave a note with your order at checkout to let us know to ship with your first order.
If you paid light shipping $10.95 or $13.95 express and only add something small do the same!
But please don't stress if that sounds all too difficult as we will just refund you the shipping difference when packing your order.
What are your payment methods?
At the checkout we have most standard payment options including:

All payment options are encrypted and totally secure!
We can also send you an invoice for any items not on the website with the same payment options.
How do live sales work?
Super simple! .
We have a live show most Wednesdays at 6pm QLD time, and sometimes a Sunday special.
Find our latest event here, click on interested then you will receive a Facebook notification when the live starts.
We are not like other live sales 😍 We are on screen and provide you with not only gorgeous crystals for sale, but loads of info on what each crystal can do, our experiences with crystals, free gifts and prizes, and a good laugh!
When it comes to purchasing all you need to do is be the first to comment sold and it's yours. You can buy as much or as little as you like, or just enjoy watching.
If you are new to our lives all you have to do is message us through your email straight from the live so we can add you as a customer or match you to our database if you have purchased from us before through our website.
We send out invoices for all purchases the following morning and ship your gorgeous crystals the same day, or the following day if you complete your invoice after 3pm.
All invoices are sent from our website so you have all of the same payment options available as the website, and the same rewards points and discounts.
Plus we have a monthly prize box, weekly buyers draw, and stars senders prize draw
Every time you make a purchase at our lives you automatically receive a ticket. We draw the prizes at the end of every month.
What if there's something wrong with my order?

If something was missing or the wrong item was given to you just let us know straight away with the details. We will send you a return label for an incorrect item to be sent back to us, once we receive the item in the same condition we will send you the correct item.
For missing items we will send you the item straight away, or if it no longer in stock we will give you the option of another item, a store credit, or issue you a full refund.
For damaged items in transit please retain all of your packaging, send us through some pics, and please read damages policy here
Do you offer returns?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to incorrect items received, damaged or missing items, and items that did not meet your "Expectations" This means items that were not accurately described or represented online in terms of "size" "material" or "quality"
If you are simply wishing to exchange an item you will be liable for all postage costs involved.

What if my payment won't go through?
If you are having any issues with Afterpay or Zip please contact them directly.
If you have an issue with a card give us a call and we can enter card details manually.
If you are having trouble setting up a laybuy give us a call and we should be able to help.
What is "Put It On Laybuy"?
Put it on laybuy is like an in-house laybuy with a twist. You pay a 25% deposit on the day for your items then up to 3 further monthly automated payments.
It's very simple and takes the hassle out of manually making payments.

We ship to Australia, the USA, China, Canada, New Zealand and most European countries
For customers outside of Australia use the currency selector located in the top bar or the footer to select your currency.
How long will my order take?
Your order will be packed and ready to go usually within 24 hours.
Extended times may occur in peak selling times like EOFY and Christmas, and when we are away at gem shows and trade fairs.
We will notify you when this occurs.

Why do you charge shipping?
Shipping is an expense for every business that relocates a product, and it does get to be a lot when you send out multiple parcels a day!
We charge shipping because we don't add shipping costs onto each product, making each product more reasonable in price for you.
So rather than every person paying extra for every product, you just pay one price for your own shipping needs.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Just select click + collect at checkout and you will receive an email notification when your order is ready with pick up instructions.

How do I make a rewards account?
Click on the rewards icon located on the bottom right of your screen and click create account.
Follow the prompts and you are good to go!

Can I use more than one reward at a time?
Simple answer is no!
But you can claim a mystery gift and use a discount
Can I use rewards at live sales?
You sure can!
Because we send you an invoice through our website your points are automatically added for you.
If you wish to use points on an invoice redeem your rewards points first, then just let us know and we can apply them to your invoice before sending to you.
As discount codes (except gift cards) can't be applied at checkout for invoices, only web orders.
