*Please note there is a 2kg weight limit for countries outside Australia per package. If you require a large order please contact us directly for alternate shipping.

We can send to PO boxes and Parcel Collect lockers via Australia Post

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number immediately upon order being fullfilled

Customs, duties, and taxes

Divine Crystal Heart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Divine Crystal Heart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping as Australia Post has their own policy on damages.
