When Niome and I first discovered these reverse etched inclusion quartz cabochons, we knew they were something special.

Each piece was hand selected from the same talented carver responsible for the larger reverse etched collector carvings we recently released. We were immediately drawn to the incredible clarity of the quartz and the way the natural inclusions became part of the artwork itself.

For this collection, we carefully chose each cabochon individually, selecting pieces with exceptional transparency and beautiful natural inclusions. We then worked closely on the design process, hand choosing the colours and artwork for each piece so that the carving complemented the unique landscape already created within the crystal.

This stunning necklace features delicate jellyfish reverse etched into the back of the quartz. The carving creates a remarkable three dimensional effect, allowing the jellyfish to appear suspended within the crystal. Combined with the soft green inclusions, the scene feels like a glimpse into a tranquil underwater world captured forever within quartz.
