Himalayan Quartz: A Sacred Gift from the Peaks of Eternity

This beautiful larger Lotus has been carved from Himalayan Clear Quartz, with wonderful natural clarity allowing light to travel through the carving and highlight the individual layers of petals.

The Lotus has been carved in an open bloom, with overlapping petals surrounding the detailed centre of the flower. Viewed from above, the symmetry of the carving really comes to life, while from the side you can see the depth created by the multiple rows of petals. Being a larger version of our existing Lotus, there is also considerably more Quartz on display, which really showcases the natural clarity and character of the crystal.

Himalayan Quartz is sourced from the mountainous regions of the Himalayas and is particularly appreciated for its natural formation, clarity and connection to one of the world's most extraordinary geological landscapes. Quartz itself is crystalline silicon dioxide and may naturally contain internal veils, fractures and other features formed during crystal growth.

The Lotus is one of the most recognised spiritual symbols across Asian cultures. Growing from muddy water before opening cleanly above the surface, it has long represented purity, spiritual growth, enlightenment, resilience and the ability to rise beyond difficult circumstances.

My Rainbow Obsidian Mini Spheres looks fantastic. I was drawn to the way it looked a different colour depending on what light or angle you were looking at it with. I lost my dad two years ago and have been struggling with his loss and my grief.
