Leopard Skin Jasper is full of natural personality, with its distinctive spotted and orbicular patterns ensuring that no two hearts will ever look quite the same.

Beautifully polished into the heart shape, these pieces display an earthy mix of creams, browns, greys, rusts and soft pink to reddish tones. Circular markings, speckles and contrasting patches create the characteristic “leopard skin” appearance that gives this stone its name.

Despite its familiar trade name, Leopard Skin Jasper is generally considered an orbicular rhyolite rather than a true Jasper. Its wonderful patterns developed through volcanic processes, with variations in mineral composition creating the spots, rings and markings visible throughout the stone.

My Rainbow Obsidian Mini Spheres looks fantastic. I was drawn to the way it looked a different colour depending on what light or angle you were looking at it with. I lost my dad two years ago and have been struggling with his loss and my grief.
