These beautiful Strawberry Quartz spheres are filled with delicate pink to red inclusions that give the crystal its distinctive strawberry-like appearance. Each is completely individual, with some displaying fine sparkling inclusions scattered throughout the Quartz and others showing denser areas of pink and red that seem to float beneath the polished surface.

Strawberry Quartz is a variety of included Quartz, named for the tiny reddish inclusions that create its characteristic colour and texture. The material sold under this name can vary considerably, and its inclusions may be associated with iron-rich minerals such as Hematite and Lepidocrocite. This natural variation is part of its appeal, with no two pieces developing exactly the same internal pattern.

Polishing the material into spheres gives you a wonderful view into those inclusions from every direction. Turn one in the light and different areas become visible, from soft wispy formations and tiny flecks to deeper strawberry-red concentrations within the clearer Quartz.

My Rainbow Obsidian Mini Spheres looks fantastic. I was drawn to the way it looked a different colour depending on what light or angle you were looking at it with. I lost my dad two years ago and have been struggling with his loss and my grief.
