These Rainbow Fluorite Bears are full of character, with each one carved to showcase the beautiful natural colour zoning that makes Fluorite such an addictive mineral to collect.

Rainbow Fluorite is calcium fluoride, CaF₂, and is particularly loved for its distinct bands and zones of colour created as the crystal grows under changing geological conditions. These bears display beautiful transitions through rich purple, blue-green, teal and softer translucent areas. When held to the light, the zoning becomes even more pronounced, revealing layers of colour travelling directly through the stone.

Each bear has been carved in a strong standing form with detailing through the face, shoulders and body, while still allowing plenty of the natural Fluorite to remain visible. Because the colour zoning is completely natural, no two bears will ever have quite the same pattern or personality. Some will lean more purple, others more blue or green, and some will give you a spectacular combination of all three.
