🔮 Smoky Quartz: Warrior Frequency

❤️💛 Root Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra

🪄 12 Sided

These Smoky Quartz pendulums were created through a very personal process during our time in China, where Niome and I hand selected every crystal used within the collection. We looked at clarity, colour, shape and overall quality before choosing the pieces we wanted to have made into our pendulums.

We also selected the design direction and metal tones before each piece was professionally hand wrapped by a skilled artisan who specialised in pendulum craftsmanship.

Balance is particularly important in a pendulum. The alignment of the crystal, weight distribution and symmetry of the finished piece all contribute to how freely and naturally it moves during use. These were made with careful attention to those details, resulting in pendulums that feel beautifully balanced in the hand while still having plenty of character.

The Smoky Quartz we selected ranges through transparent smoky grey and warm earthy brown tones, allowing light to pass through the crystal while still retaining that characteristic depth Smoky Quartz is known for. Natural internal veils, inclusions and variations will differ between individual pieces, meaning each pendulum has its own appearance.

Smoky Quartz is a naturally irradiated variety of Quartz. Its characteristic smoky colouring develops when natural radiation within the surrounding geological environment interacts with trace aluminium within the Quartz crystal structure. Depending on the intensity of this process, Smoky Quartz can range from barely-there smoky champagne tones through to deep brown and almost black.

Metaphysically, Smoky Quartz has long been associated with grounding, protection and emotional steadiness. It is often chosen by those wanting to feel more centred, particularly during periods of stress, change or when the mind feels like it has approximately 47 tabs open at once. 😂

Within pendulum work, that grounding symbolism makes Smoky Quartz a beautiful choice for those wanting to approach intuitive guidance, decision making, meditation or energy work from a calmer and more centred place.

Pendulums are traditionally used for intuitive guidance, meditation, energy practices and focused self-reflection. Each of these pieces has been created to move freely while feeling comfortable and balanced to hold.

Smoky Quartz is commonly associated with the Root Chakra and with themes of grounding, stability, protection and connection to the Earth.

What makes this collection particularly special to us is that we were involved before the pendulums even existed. From choosing the individual Smoky Quartz crystals in China to deciding how we wanted them finished, then watching those ideas become the pieces now sitting in front of us.

A little piece of our China sourcing journey, made with intention from beginning to end. 🤎✨

🔮 How To Use A Pendulum

Pendulums are commonly used for intuitive guidance, meditation, and energetic focus. Begin by holding the chain comfortably between your fingers, allowing the pendulum to hang freely and become still. Before use, many people like to clear the pendulum by holding it within their energetic field and setting a spoken intention that it release any previous energy and work only in alignment with the highest good of all.

Taking a quiet moment to connect the pendulum into your heart space can help strengthen that sense of alignment. You may wish to ask that it attune to your energy field and provide the clearest and highest answers available to you during your session. Calm focus, openness, and clear intention are often considered more important than trying to force movement or specific outcomes.

Before asking questions, many people establish how the pendulum will communicate with them. This is often done by requesting that the pendulum show a “yes”, a “no”, and an “unclear” or “neutral” response. For some, a clockwise swing may represent yes and an anti-clockwise swing may represent no, while others may receive forward-and-back or side-to-side movements instead. The directional response is personal to the user and can be consciously set through intention before beginning.

Many people first confirm these movements by asking simple questions they already know the answer to. Once connected, the pendulum can then be used during moments of reflection, decision making, energy work, meditation, or intuitive practice.

A balanced pendulum allows for smoother and more natural responses during use, which is why precision craftsmanship plays such an important role in its creation.
