Beautifully clear Brazilian Quartz surrounds a striking network of natural internal veils, fractures and feather-like formations, creating a sphere that seems to change completely depending on the direction from which it is viewed.

Across the centre is a particularly dramatic internal formation that almost appears to sweep through the Quartz. Fine feathery textures branch away from larger crystalline planes, while exceptionally clear areas surrounding them allow light to travel deep into the sphere. The contrast between transparency and these bold internal structures gives this piece wonderful dimension.

These features are natural evidence of the Quartz's geological history. As Quartz grows within fractures and cavities in the Earth, changes in pressure, temperature and the surrounding environment can create internal fractures and growth features.
