These Pyritised Septarian cabochons are exceptionally rare pieces that combine the natural structure of septarian with the metallic presence of pyrite. Sourced from Tucson, these cabochons have been carefully cut and polished to reveal the internal patterning, where warm septarian tones are intersected with flashes of metallic gold from natural pyrite inclusions.

Septarian forms through a combination of sedimentary processes, where mud and mineral rich material separate and solidify over time. Natural cracking within the nodule is later filled with minerals such as calcite, creating the bold internal patterning. In these particular pieces, pyrite has also formed within the structure, adding a reflective metallic element that is not commonly seen, making them highly sought after by collectors.

🪨 Specimens 

The word Specimens gets thrown around a bit, but what does it truly mean??

It simply means a crystal that is represented in its truest and most natural form. Many crystals as you would know are shaped into spheres, palm stones etc to be able to use them for healing purposes.

Then you also have carvings for aesthetic purposes in and around the home. All of these have their individual purposes for their owners and what you are wanting to achieve, when either using them energetically, or for home décor.

Specimens can to a degree also be used for healing purposes but fall mostly into the category of home décor, and what I also find amazing is their heightened energy from my own perspective.
