I think everyone needs a little Garnet in their life these days. Our lives seem to get busier and busier and almost constantly living in a space of 3 steps ahead of our present. Looking beyond what is happening now, trying to control what ‘could happen’ or ‘where do I need to be’ in 2 years’ time.

The fact is when we are forever forecasting the if and buts in our personal lives we are missing what is happening right now and the finer aspects which invariably is shaping our future. When we are not present in life, we are unable to see and feel where we are at and what energy is attached to it.
