Kids 15 & Under: free entry

I purchased a ticket online, but I have lost/did not receive my ticket via email - what do I do?

Firstly, please check your junk/spam/promotions folders as the email may have been sent there.

If you still can't find it please contact us on 0450 268 677 or email hello@divinecrystaluniverse.com.au

and we can send you through another copy.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day of the event?

Yes you sure can. Tickets will be available at the door on both days. You can purchase your ticket with cash or card.

Your ticket will be valid for both days.

Can I purchase from the exhibitors at the event?

Yes! All exhibitors will be selling their products/services at the event.

There are many exhibitors with amazing items from all around the world.

✨ Please note that while most exhibitors have card facilities - some may have cash only payment.

Can I buy lunch at the event?

Yes you can. There will be food trucks and coffee vans in the grassed outdoor area behind the event pavilion.

Can I pre-book a psychic reading?

Yes. Please contact the psychics in the 3-4 weeks leading up to the event.

Can children attend the Festival?

Yes children are most welcome. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

For parents of younger children please be mindful that there are many items on exhibitor tables in reach of small hands that are also very precious in value!

Where do I park my car?

Entry to all parking locations are via Racecourse Drive.

Saturdays: If there is also a Raceday event at the Turf Club parking will be in "The Meadow" adjacent to the event centre, or if full parking in the public carpark opposite the Turf Club will be available.

A traffic controller will be there to help you find the best spot.

Sundays: The members carpark is available for parking.
