Hand carved from 100% natural Sri Lankan Citrine, these gourd necklaces were created through a deeply personal design process during our time in China. Niome and I personally handpicked every individual gourd ourselves, carefully selecting the colouring, shape and overall character of each piece before working closely on the finer design elements of the necklace. From the knotting style through to the adjustable finish, every detail was intentionally chosen to create something that felt refined, wearable and beautifully made.

The gourd form has been valued across Asian culture for generations and is traditionally connected with abundance, wellbeing and the safeguarding of positive energy within the home and personal life. Paired with natural Citrine, the overall feel is warm, refined and quietly uplifting. Sri Lankan Citrine is admired by collectors for its naturally soft golden colouring and gentle clarity, giving these pieces an understated elegance that feels effortless to wear.

Lovely bracelet

Lovely bracelet. As expected, mine varies from the one pictured with different colour arrangement. I bought the small size as per recommendedin the size chart and it is perfect. It comes on a transparent elasticised thread. The stones are faceted so catch the light. The green in the bracelet matches a ring I have so very happy with purchase. I will be careful to monitor the stretchy thread as previously I have found over time they can start to ‘perish’ and can break when over stretched to get on or off. My other bracelet lasted 10 years before this happened.
