These exceptional Golden Healer Quartz bowls bring together beautiful natural mineralisation, intricate carving and traditional symbolism centred around prosperity, growth and abundance.

Each bowl has been expertly carved from Golden Healer Quartz, displaying warm golden mineralisation flowing naturally throughout the Quartz. Areas of beautiful clarity sit alongside richer concentrations of golden colouring, creating depth, variation and an entirely individual character within each piece.

Golden Healer is a trade name generally used for Quartz displaying yellow to golden iron oxide or iron hydroxide mineralisation. Rather than being a separate mineral species, its distinctive colouring comes from naturally occurring iron-bearing material associated with the Quartz.

The bowls themselves have been carved in the form of lotus leaves, with flowing veins travelling across the surface and softly scalloped edges creating an elegant organic shape.

The lotus carries centuries of symbolism throughout Asian cultures. Rising from muddy water to produce its immaculate flower, it has become closely associated with growth, renewal, resilience, purity and the ability to flourish regardless of circumstances. It is a particularly beautiful symbol for moving forward into new stages of life while remaining grounded in everything that came before.

Each bowl is accompanied by a custom-carved wooden stand created specifically for its shape and proportions. The stands are an important part of the overall design, incorporating traditional Yuanbao forms within their carving.

Yuanbao were boat-shaped silver or gold ingots historically used in imperial China and have since become enduring symbols of wealth, prosperity and financial fortune. Their inclusion beneath the lotus leaf creates a wonderful continuation of the symbolism, with prosperity forming the foundation from which growth unfolds.
