Our Stress, Relaxation & Sleep Crystal Kit has been created for those moments when you need a gentle reminder that you are allowed to stop.

The crystals within this kit have been chosen for their traditional associations with calm, emotional balance, peaceful reflection, self-compassion and rest. Together, they create a beautiful focus for slowing your pace and intentionally making a little room for yourself.

Keep them beside your bed, hold one while reading or meditating, or make them part of your evening routine. There doesn't need to be an elaborate ritual. Sometimes simply choosing a crystal, sitting quietly for a few minutes and allowing the day to be finished is enough.

Crystals included and their meanings

• Lepidolite: Traditionally associated with emotional balance, calm and gentleness. A beautiful crystal to reach for when the day has felt particularly full and you want to consciously begin slowing things down.

• Blue Calcite: Calm reflection and a softer pace. Blue Calcite brings a peaceful energy to the collection and is traditionally associated with relaxation, peaceful communication and creating space away from the noise of the day.

• Amethyst: Centered reflection and spiritual awareness. Amethyst has a long association with meditation and tranquility, making it a lovely companion for an evening pause or quiet bedtime ritual.

• Pink Amethyst: Self-compassion, reassurance and emotional gentleness. A reminder to speak to yourself with the same kindness you would offer someone you love, particularly after a difficult or demanding day.

• Chalcedony: Soft heart felt communication, patience and emotional harmony. Chalcedony can become a focus for acknowledging what is on your mind rather than carrying every thought with you into the evening.
