The Lift My Spirits Kit

Fresh Energy, Everyday Joy & A Brighter Perspective

When did life get so serious?

Between work, responsibilities, routines and everything that needs to be done, it's surprisingly easy to forget about the things we do simply because they make us happy.

Our Joy & Positive Energy Crystal Kit has been created as a little reminder to make room for those things again.

The crystals within this kit have been chosen for their traditional associations with optimism, creativity, motivation, playfulness and positive energy. Together, they encourage you to notice the small things that brighten your day and reconnect with the interests, people and experiences that make you feel most like yourself.

Use your crystals when starting something creative, planning something you're excited about or simply when life has become a little too much about what you have to do and not enough about what you'd love to do.

Joy doesn't always need a special occasion.

Sometimes we just need to remember to make room for it.

Crystals included and their meanings

• Citrine: Traditionally associated with optimism, confidence and positive energy. Citrine brings a bright energy to this collection and encourages you to notice possibility, celebrate progress and welcome more enjoyment into everyday life.

• Carnelian: Creativity, enthusiasm and motivation. Carnelian brings some fire to the kit, encouraging you to follow the things that excite you, express yourself and actually do something with those ideas you've been thinking about.

• Fire Quartz: Grounded motivation, confidence and emotional perspective. Fire Quartz combines an uplifting intention with a steadier energy, reminding you that moving forward doesn't always have to happen at full speed.

• Mookaite: Adaptability, curiosity and being present. Mookaite encourages you to explore a different approach, try something new and pay attention to the experiences available to you right now.

• Dalmatian Jasper: Traditionally associated with playfulness, joy and a lighter perspective. A wonderful reminder that being responsible doesn't mean you have to be serious all the time.

• Clear Quartz: Clarity and focused intention. Use Clear Quartz to focus on what you would genuinely like more of in your life, whether that's creativity, adventure, laughter, connection or simply more time doing something you love.

• Crazy Lace Agate: Often associated with happiness, laughter and encouragement. Its wonderfully busy natural patterns feel perfectly suited to a kit celebrating the imperfect, colourful and sometimes slightly chaotic moments that make life interesting.

Optional bracelets

If you'd like to carry the bright, creative intention of your kit with you throughout the day, you can also add our optional Orange Calcite bracelet.

• Orange Calcite: Traditionally associated with optimism, creativity, enthusiasm and bringing fresh energy to the things you enjoy.

**Optional bracelets are purchased separately and are not included in the base kit.

Your purple gift box

Your crystals will arrive together in one of our signature purple gift boxes, making this a gorgeous kit to choose for yourself or to give to someone who could use a little extra brightness in their day.

Each Crystal Kit also includes an easy-to-follow instruction sheet, along with descriptions of the crystals included and their traditional properties.

A gentle note

Joy doesn't have to be a huge life-changing moment.

It can be laughing until your stomach hurts.

Starting a hobby you're absolutely terrible at and loving it anyway.

Playing your favourite song far too loudly.

Going somewhere just because you've always wanted to.

Or giving yourself an afternoon where absolutely nothing productive happens.

These crystals aren't here to tell you to be positive every minute of every day. Some days simply aren't like that.

They're here to remind you that even amongst the responsibilities and routines, you're still allowed to look for the things that light you up.

Life has enough serious bits.

Make room for some good ones too.
