Our Shadow Work Crystal Kit has been created as a loving companion for exploring those questions.

The eight crystals within this kit have been chosen for their traditional associations with self-awareness, truth, grounding, intuition, reflection and self-compassion. They can be used alongside journaling, meditation or inner reflection as you explore your experiences, family influences, inner-child needs and the parts of yourself you would simply like to understand a little better.

There is no finish line with this kind of personal work and certainly no need to explore everything at once.

Crystals included and their meanings

• Gold Sheen Obsidian: Traditionally associated with self-reflection, truth and personal insight. Gold Sheen Obsidian can become a useful tool when looking honestly at recurring patterns and considering where you may want to make different choices moving forward.

• Snowflake Obsidian: Balance, self-acceptance and perspective. Its contrasting black and white appearance beautifully reflects the idea that we can hold different parts of ourselves at once, without needing to label every part as good or bad.

• Obsidian Mini Guardian: Traditionally associated with truth-seeking, protection and deep reflection. Obsidian brings a strong, grounded presence to the collection when exploring feelings, behaviours or patterns you would like to understand more clearly. This little skull will watch over you on your journey

• Larvikite: Grounding, perspective and present-moment awareness. Larvikite offers an important reminder to come back to the here and now, particularly when reflection begins taking you too far into the past emotionally.

• Sodalite: Self-honesty, thoughtful expression and understanding. Sodalite is traditionally associated with bringing greater clarity to thoughts and finding the words for things you may have previously struggled to express.

• Labradorite: Intuition, exploration and transformation. Labradorite encourages curiosity about the parts of yourself that may still feel unfamiliar and the person you may be becoming as your understanding changes.

• Garnet: Inner strength, commitment and connection to your values. Garnet represents the part of this work that looks forward, helping you consider what you want to keep, what you may choose to change and what matters to you now.

• Smoky Quartz: Grounding, stability and energetic release. Smoky Quartz brings the collection back to the present, making it a beautiful crystal to hold when finishing a period of reflection and turning your attention back towards everyday life.
