Crystals included and their meanings

• Chalcedony: Traditionally associated with beautiful communication, patience and thoughtful expression. Chalcedony represents giving your own thoughts and feelings the same time and consideration you so readily offer to everyone else.

• Prehnite: Heart-led reflection, receiving care and listening inwardly. Prehnite encourages you to notice your own needs and create space for the things that leave you feeling replenished rather than constantly giving from your reserves.

• Blue Calcite: Peaceful inner reflection, calm expression and a softer pace. Blue Calcite represents slowing things down long enough to notice how you are actually feeling rather than automatically moving on to the next thing that needs your attention.

• Kunzite: Traditionally associated with loving connection, receptivity and an open heart. Kunzite brings an important message to this collection: love and kindness don't always have to travel outwards. You can allow yourself to receive them too.

• Rose Quartz: Self-compassion, tenderness and unconditional love. Rose Quartz sits at the heart of this collection as a reminder to include yourself amongst the people you believe deserve patience, understanding and care.

• Selenite: Spiritual clarity, energetic cleansing and creating peaceful space. Selenite can be used symbolically to mark the transition from everything you've been doing for the outside world into time intentionally set aside for yourself.

• Lepidolite: Traditionally associated with gentleness, reflection and emotional balance. Lepidolite encourages a patient approach to your own experience, particularly during those times when you may need reassurance rather than another expectation to meet.
